Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 7–10 business days after processing. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight (Small: 0–0.5 lb or Large: 0.5–1 lb) and destination. The exact rate will be displayed before payment.

All shipping rates and prices shown are current as of the date of publication and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates may be updated due to carrier freight adjustments, fuel surcharges, tariffs, duties, customs fees, or other external factors beyond our control. The final shipping cost will always be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution when possible.

Returns & Refunds Policy
At BioPhysics Essentials, we stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied. We offer a generous no-questions-asked policy for new customers while protecting the business from subscription abuse on renewals.
One-Time Purchases and First Subscription Order
- 60 days from delivery for unused/unopened items
- 30 days from delivery for used/opened items
- 100% money-back guarantee, no questions asked
- We provide a prepaid return shipping label (domestic US only)
- Free returns for domestic US customers
Subscription Renewals (subsequent orders after the first)
To prevent abuse while still offering flexibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to the product subtotal (this helps cover our actual two-way shipping, processing, and handling costs on renewal orders).
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs (you arrange and pay to ship the item back to our US warehouse).
- We strongly recommend our returnless option (especially for international orders or opened bottles): Keep the product and receive a partial refund minus the 25% restocking fee and original outbound shipping. Contact us to request this.
Important Conditions for All Returns
- Items must be returned in original packaging with labels intact where possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in reasonably resalable condition.
- Opened probiotic supplements (like MicroBiome Restore) may qualify for the returnless partial refund option.
- International orders: Any duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees are non-refundable. Return shipping from outside the US is the customer’s responsibility and can be expensive.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (or immediately for approved returnless refunds).
How to Initiate a Return
- Click the “Initiate a Return” button below and enter your order number.
- Select your reason (feedback is welcome but not required).
- Follow the instructions provided.
Exchanges
For damaged or defective items, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund. A return shipping label will be provided for the defective item.
Cancellations & Subscriptions
- You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime via your account portal (cancellations take effect for future shipments only).
- Once a renewal order has shipped, it falls under the subscription renewal return policy above.
Chargeback Policy
We strongly encourage contacting our support team first to resolve any issues. Chargebacks should be a last resort. Upon receiving a chargeback, we will investigate and provide supporting evidence (proof of delivery, communications, etc.). Valid chargebacks will be processed; invalid ones will be disputed.
